Today is the end of the Australian Financial Year for 2013/2014 and day 8 of bricklaying work.
The bricklaying work is continuing. There's only 2 brickies working on the job. More bricklaying work has been done along the sides and rear of the house where I can't get any photos.
There are different coloured bricks being laid at the front of the house. However, they will be concealed beneath the cement rendering and paint work in due course.
A meter box has also appeared on the outside of the garage wall near to where the rain water tank will be located.
Here's some photos that I took from outside the front security fence this evening, which show the status of bricklaying work.

The photo that appears below shows the status of the bricklaying work along the western wall of the house (apologies for the view of the bricks which is a bit out of focus).
