I got an SMS Text Message from McDonald Jones Homes this morning. Their message advised me that the interior work has been completed on the home and that I should contact the Site Supervisor to arrange a suitable time to visit the site again, with the Site Supervisor and the Tiler, to view and inspect the ceramic tiles that we've selected for the bathroom, ensuite bathroom, toilet and laundry... more on that later.
Our B & D remote controlled garage door was installed today. The garage door is painted 'Monument' in colour, as per the same colour of the rooftop guttering and window frames. Our days are starting to get a bit longer now and it will be Springtime in Sydney from 1 September (just a couple of weeks away). Unfortunately, the sun had just set before I managed to get to the house this evening on the way home from work to take the following photograph. The quality of the photo isn't that great, it was just too dark for the camera to focus properly.
