We were lucky to qualify for a fantastic sales promotional offer at the time that we paid our initial deposit to McDonald Jones Homes way back at the end of the previous Financial Year, on 30 June 2013. The Impressions Upgrade Package is, generally, only offered to clients who choose to build a home from the larger, 'Next Gen' range of McDonald Jones Homes and it's not usually offered with homes in the smaller, 'Gen One' range of homes like our Douglas 10M. The exclusive offers in the Impressions Upgrade Package are usually available for an additional payment of AUD $4,990.00 which is good value for money. However, as part of McDonald Jones Homes' promotional sales offer last year, McDonald Jones Homes voluntarily offered us the following upgrades absolutely Free of Charge:
1. All the products as detailed in the McDonald Jones Homes' Impressions Upgrade Package brochure; and
2. Free SMEG kitchen appliances in lieu of the Omega kitchen appliances as quoted in the Impressions Upgrade Package brochure.
Needless to say we instantly accepted the above-mentioned, very generous, promotional sales offers. The inclusions covered in those Upgrade Packages will save us a lot of extra time and money in having to source those items for ourselves, post-construction.
