We're building a McDonald Jones Home from their smaller 'Gen One' range of architecturally-designed homes, namely, a 'Douglas 10M' with a 'Chase' façade, in suburban western Sydney (Guildford).
This is a knock-down and rebuild situation. We are demolishing our old home which has long-passed its use-by date and rebuilding with McDonald Jones Homes.

The demolition works are still continuing. I drove-by the old place on Monday morning and the front rooms of the house have now been demolished. Here's a photo of the progress.
