McDonald Jones Homes - Douglas 10M with Chase facade

This is a picture (artist's/architect's impression) of the McDonald Jones Homes 'Douglas 10M' with Chase façade that we are building in Guildford.

Our new home will be very similar to this picture of the Douglas 10M with Chase façade but with the following notable modifications:

·         We have chosen Monier concrete roof tiles in lieu of the Colorbond Steel Roof.  The roof tiles are Monier Horizon ‘Sambuca’ (a modern flat profile roof tile in Black);

·         The pitch of our roof will be increased to 26⁰ (as per the McDonald Jones Homes ‘Impressions’ upgrade package), which will make the roof look more impressive from street level; &

·         Due to the gentle slope of our block of land, there will be 4 x 900mm steps leading up to the front patio.
